The Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association holds a biennial Breath of Life Conference, alternating between Eastern and Western locations in North America.

We are very excited to be hosting the 2020 Breath of Life Conference at the YMCA of the Rockies located in Estes Park, Colorado, www.ymcarockies.org, on September 10 – 13, 2020.  The YMCA Estes Park is the largest YMCA in the world, bordering Rocky Mountain National Park, a vacation destination.  It was founded in 1907 and expands over 860 acres. You will likely encounter lots of wildlife on your visit including deer, elk, horses, wild turkeys and magpies.

There are many activities available at the YMCA, including horseback riding on the trails and a lovely salt water pool.  The rooms are spacious, fresh and comfortable.

Our theme for the conference is The Midline.  The conference committee has worked very hard to secure the best speakers and movement presenters available. You can preview the exciting program of speakers and movement sessions planned for the 2020 Conference here. Below is information on Conference fees, lodging and other details.

We are looking forward to hosting our 2020 conference at this exciting venue.   We hope to see you there.

Travel Information

The YMCA of the Rockies elevation is just over 8,000 feet.  It may take you two or more days to acclimate to this elevation. Please bring a reusable water bottle as you will need to drink more water than normal to avoid elevation sickness.

The Denver airport is 1 hour 45 minutes away.  When making travel arrangements, please take this into account.  The Denver airport is very busy and you will need extra time to get through security.

Shuttle service from the Denver Airport can be arranged through estesparkshuttle.com. The cost is $55.00 USD one way and $95.00 USD round trip.  The BCTA/NA is not making shuttle arrangements this year.
