In honor of International Craniosacral Therapy Awareness week, we are supporting our sister organization in the U.K, the Craniosacral Therapy Association (CSTA), in sharing the benefits Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) offers to help reduce anxiety and bring calm in these trying times.
