NOTE: The retreat is an inclusive blend of daily meditative fluid movement & somatic awareness classes in Continuum. There will be guided walks in National Parks. The National Park is managed by the local Aboriginal Peoples - who identify as saltwater people. It is one of very few in the world that has given the land back to its original custodians. Learn about bush-tucker, ancestor and creation stories. There will be a Welcome to Country, Corroboree and cultural session to learn about the area from the oldest living civilization of the planet.
There is a beautiful beach and creek for swimming and wildlife encounters. Sneak a chance to Kayak & SUP in pristine rivers and estuaries.

NOTE: The Immune system is more than a collection of cells dedicated to a single purpose. The Immune system is ALL the cells in the body dedicated to survival. Survival in This Moment. And survival in the most vigorous potent way possible. Rapid adaptability is the name of the game. And the immune system is at the heart of our rapidly evolving, thriving organism. The two major components of the immune system, Innate immunity and Adaptive immunity, require a continuous subtle discreet successful awareness to distinguish between self and not-self, and the means to transmit this information to the whole.

Intercellular communication provides the means by which the entire organism thrives. Each system of the body has developed techniques to ensure survival. And this is what we will be investigating - the profound, instantaneous nature of cellular communication within the context of whole body dynamics.

NOTE: This workshop explores applying BCST to our equine friends. Horses have been in partnership with humanity for thousands of years, and this reciprocal relationship continues on strong today. Increasing awareness around the topics of health and well-being has led to a surge in treating horses with a Holistic lens, and equine cranio-sacral therapy is a growing field which carries a profound impact for both horse and human. Horses are herd animals, with a “prey” wired nervous system. Learning to touch into a 4 -legged nervous system that is wired for non-verbal communication and near constant vigilance is a unique experience that can feel deeply sacred. Horses are highly sensitive beings, and concepts such as the relational field, non-verbal communication, felt sense and SOBA will gain even greater depth within the practitioner.
